Gippsland innovation festival preparations underway Bass Coast Shire Council is encouraging local organisations to get involved in the Gippsland Innovation Festival. The festival will run from 1 May through to 19 May and will celebrate innovation in regional life. Shire Mayor, Cr Neville Goodwin, said preparations for the Gippsland Innovation Festival were well underway. "We encourage local organisations and businesses who want to showcase innovation in their business or community to get in contact with festival organisers as soon as possible.
