Neighbourhood Watch Police Showband and Pipe Band ConcertNeighbourhood Watch Police Showband and Pipe Band Concert By Leading Senior Constable Brett Godden - 22nd May 2011 - Back to News The Divisional Neighbourhood Watch/Safer Community Group are pleased to announce that once again the Victoria Police Showband and Police Pipe Band will be performing in Morwell.
These very entertaining bands will perform at Kernot Hall, Morwell on Wednesday 15th June. The evening commences at 7.30pm. Doors will open at 7.00pm.
The cost for tickets is $7.00 per head, which includes a light supper at interval provided by the local Morwell Lions Club.
Community Liaison Officer Leading Senior Constable Godden said "The bands love coming back each year because the crowds are always welcoming and appreciative."
"Each year the request for tickets gets earlier and earlier. I even had one person ask when the next concert was on as they left last year’s event."
Tickets can be obtained through your local Neighbourhood Watch Volunteer or by contacting Leading Senior Constable Brett Godden, Victoria Police Community Liaison Officer on 5131 5085 or Stan Wright on (H) 5134 3373 or (M) 0407 862 825. Alternatively call in at the Morwell Police Station and leave your name and contact number and Brett will get back to you.
