Valley Vista Cottage is a very comfortable three bedroom family cottage.

Main bedroom has built in robe and queen size bed.

Second bedroom has built in robe and double bed.

Third bedroom has built in robe and two single beds.

Use of sleepout bungalow for two by arrangement.

All linen and towels supplied.

Modern, functional bathroom.

Laundry has washing machine, iron and board, trough and extra toilet.

Fully equiped kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave, loads of storage space,

herb garden outside  to enhance your culinary skills.

Dining room with garden views.

Comfortable lounge has air conditioning and ceiling fan for summer,

wood burning stove for winter.

Beautiful valley views from large windows (see picture above.)

Grassed area for children to play.

Garaging available for car, motor cycle or bicycles.

Situated in a quiet street overlooking the lovely Buchan valley.

Within easy walking distance of the famous Buchan caves and all township facilities.
