Cancellation / Booking policy

Bookings:

• Individual / Group – require at time of booking CREDIT CARD details or DEPOSIT plus contact phone number.

Cancellations:

• Individual / Group – cancellation made prior to 14 days no fee will be charged.

• Individual / Group – cancellations made within 14 days / credit card activated for a $30.00 administration fee.

• Individual / Group – cancellations made 48 hours or less NO REFUND / credit card activated for a $30.00 administration fee. If the accommodation is unable to be resold FULL TARIFF will be charged to your credit card.
