GippsTAFE’s Waratah Restaurant opens again this month for lunch and dinner and everyone is invited to come along for a dining experience like no other.
The Waratah Restaurant is where GippsTAFE’s hospitality students develop valuable practical skills, students studying Certificate II Hospitality (Operations), Certificate II Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Certificate IV Hospitality (Food and Beverage Supervision). The Waratah also provides trainig for VET in Schools students (Vocational Education and Training).
The restaurant is situated overlooking the lake in the Morwell Civic Gardens. Meals usually range from casual ‘bistro’ style lunches on Thursdays and Friday’s, to a more formal ‘fine dining’ style dinner on Thursday evenings.
Bookings are essential, so for reservations and enquiries call the Morwell Campus of GippsTAFE on 5120 4500.
