Orbost community visit
John said, "This is our first community visit for the year. We are looking forward to visiting Orbost, meeting residents, groups and businesses, and learning more about what matters most to them. It is a valuable opportunity to listen, share ideas, and strengthen our connection with the people who live and work here. Understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations helps guide our decision-making and ensures we continue to deliver meaningful outcomes for the community."
If you would like to attend the community lunch, please RSVP for catering purposes by Monday 24 February by calling council on 5153 9500, emailing civicevents@egipps.vic.gov.au or visiting the Orbost Service Centre.
During the visit, council representatives will also visit your local facilities, visit council-managed sites, and meet with business and community organisation representatives. More community visits are being planned across the shire throughout the year.
