Traralgon Railway Station undergoing transformation from $500M funding upgrade according to Darren Chester
Chester announced upgrades to V/line services, including new overpass and platform, allowing for increased frequency and accessibility.
Federal Member for Gippsland Darren Chester said the upgrades would improve travellers' experience when utilising the V/line services. "The new pedestrian overpass is installed as well as the new platform with works continuing to have it accessible to the public as soon as possible."
The Traralgon Railway Station has undergone quite a transformation according to Federal Member for Gippsland Darren Chester
Mr Chester said, "The upgraded and new infrastructure will allow for more frequent services and make the stations and platforms more accessible for travellers. I secured almost $500 million from the previous federal government for the Gippsland Line Upgrade when I was Transport Minister and it's great to see work progressing across our region."
