Gippsland Water seeks applications for its customer reference group. Open to diverse applicants, with no formal qualifications needed. Apply by August 27.
Gippsland Water is calling for applications to join its customer reference group. The group was established in 2021 and helps ensure customer views are reflected in the organisation's decisions, services, performance reviews and future plans. It meets at least four times a year and is made up of six to 12 people. Membership is for a three-year term. People of all backgrounds, ages and interests are invited to apply.
The Customer Reference Group (CRG) prioritises customer-centricity, actively incorporating customer perspectives into decisions, services, reviews, and future plans for enhanced alignment
Members must be Gippsland Water customers and will be appointed on their ability to represent broad customer views. Applicants will be required to complete a short questionnaire about their demographics and upload their CV, but no formal qualifications are required. Applications close Sunday 27 August.
