The website is an informative package that helps to teach you what your rights are, how to shop well, how to complain, ethical consumerism, what to do with unsafe or faulty products, not to mention a whole lot more.
There are simple tips and strategies you can implement into your everyday lifestyle, answers to your consumer based questions and ways to get involved in the association.
It is easy to navigate and extremely user-friendly. The information is presented in a straight-forward manner that is easy to understand.
