Driving through a business congested town at midnight, it is not unusual to see people through the windows, illuminated by fluorescent lighting, bent over their desks burning the midnight oil.

I know from experience that the situation is similar all around the world. Recent surveys have shown that the average working week in Sydney for a full time employee has been calculated at around 44 hours. Many will work more than that.

Everyone has pulled one or two epic work shifts in their time. But when it is happening every night, the result can be serious health issues and huge problems in the workplace.
