In the event of unsuitable weather (wind, rain etc. please phone Mandy on 56 624 395 or mobile 0418 361 240 for confirmation as to whether or not the event is cancelled. If the committee decides that the event cannot be run or completed on the day due to the weather, full entry fees will be refunded.
BYO beach umbrellas, friends, families, chairs, food, water etc. Rembember your sunglasses, hat and sunscreen (and socks). NB. Ample carparking available. Toilets at carpark
