Waratah Restaurant Serves Christmas Lunch!

For the month of December, GippsTAFE’s Waratah Restaurant is serving scrumptious Christmas lunches.

Friends, work colleagues and families are invited to come along can enjoy a Christmas lunch together over the festive season.

GippsTAFE’s Waratah Restaurant Christmas Menu includes an Entrée of Chicken and Spring Vegetable Terrine with Salad Greens; Honey Baked Ham and Roasted Turkey Breast meat, Seasonal Vegetable Stack, Beef and Cranberry Jus for the Main Meal and Christmas Pudding or Soft Chocolate Cake with Mascarpone Cream Quenelles for dessert.

The Christmas menu includes an Entrée, Main Meal and Dessert and is $16.50 per person.

Open for both lunch and dinner during the academic year, the Waratah Restaurant is a unique restaurant in the Latrobe Valley.

The Waratah Restaurant is where GippsTAFE’s hospitality students develop valuable practical skills, students studying Certificate II Hospitality (Operations), Certificate II Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Certificate IV Hospitality (Food and Beverage Supervision). The Waratah also provides training for VET in Schools students (Vocational Education and Training).
