The Parliamentary Labor Party's Petrol Price Inquiry interim report will be released tomorrow, and will highlight the effect of rising petrol prices on industry.
Inquiry secretary Craig Emerson says rural communities are particularly hard hit, with the GST adding to the burden of high world oil prices.
