All participants enjoyed tea and biscuits while being entertained by GippsTAFE’s Music Departments students.
GippsTAFE’s Business Development Unit also participated in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, inviting all staff and raffling off a prize to the value of $50.
Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is The Cancer Council Victoria’s second biggest fundraising event, with this year’s target being one million dollars.
Every donation received allows the cancer council to further expand knowledge of cancer, which is responsible for 27% of all deaths in Victoria.
Money raised from Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea will be used to fund a variety of cancer research, initiatives, education programs and support services.
