Hi all, the gallery redevelopment is continuing at a snails pace. We are now not due to reopen to the public until early 2003.

We currently have two exhibition at other venues the details are as follows:

RetroMOMENTS a Restrospective exhibition of the work of Colin Suggett. This is currently showing at the Melbourne Museum from the 21st September to 14th October 2001. You can see the works on the web at www.suggett.com.au

The other exhibition we have is "ECSTASY, and the pleasure of collecting" This exhibition is made up of selected artworks, donated from private collections and recent acquisitions from the Latrobe Regional Gallery's permanent collection. This exhibition can be seen at Switchback Gallery, Gippsland Centre for Art and Design at Monash University Churchill Campus from 17th October to 15th November 2001. This exhibition will be opened by Mr Peter Burke on the 17th October at 5.30pm at Switchback Gallery.

Hope to see you there
