Advocating for the projects
Mayor Cr Michael Leaney said, "Baw Baw Shire is one of the few Victorian councils to withhold funds in the annual budget to allocate after the submissions process - ensuring a truly democratic process that gives the community every opportunity to advocate for what is important to them."
"We're proud to fund these projects and work towards their delivery over the next year. We thank the community groups and members who engaged with the council to advocate for the projects that matter to them." Cr Leaney said.
