We need mystery shoppers for assignments throughout Gippsland, in particular Leongatha, Wonthaggi, Korumburra, Moe, Traralgon, Morwell, Yarram, Foster, Sale, Loch Sport, Bairnsdale, Lakes Entrance and Orbost.

Our Mystery Shoppers visit retail outlets and report back on presentation, service, selling skills, etc.  Following instructions on our brief, you will pose as a customer whilst making detailed observations of your experience.  You will then go online to complete and submit a formal report.

You must have an eye for detail and a good memory.  You must also be reliable, have good communication skills, your own transport and access to the internet.

If you are a stickler for good customer service and want to tell everyone about it, this job is for you!

Payment for each assignment varies from $13 to $30 and you will be reimbursed for any purchases you are required to make.
