Greenhouse Intensity Factors 2002
The greenhouse intensity measure monitors the greenhouse gas intensity of the National Electricity Market, and a benchmark to track the effectiveness of efforts to to reduce GHG emissions. The measure has been determined by NEMMCO using a methodology provided by the Dept of Industry, Science and Resources and station intensity factors provided by market generators of NEM. The unit of the intensity measure is equivalent tonnes of CO2 per MWh.
